Are there staff members on site?

No we are not staffed on-site 24/7. We are however available on telephone & WHATSAPP 24.7 and you will be given contact numbers with your self-check in information 


Do you have Parking?

There is one space outside, which we do not pre-book and comes on a first come first serve basis. You can park on the street for free between 5pm-9am and all day on Sundays. You can easily download the ringo app, to pay outside of these hours. 


Alternatively you can go on and search BS31BP and book parking at a nearby school for £7 per day 


Can we pay a deposit for Exclusive Use Booking?

Yes, you can. Please email - so we can take the booking directly.


Do you provide Breakfast?

We provide tea/coffee/milk and some granola. All of our rooms have cutlery/plates/bowls & glasses inside the room


Do you have a noise policy?

YES, for single room bookings, we ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and refrain from using the pool and table tennis table after this time. 

For Groups, we are fairly close to residential properties, so whilst we want everyone to have fun, we ask that any loud speakers are turned off by 11pm. 


Do you accept dogs?


We do not accept dogs or any other pets I’m afraid. 


What are your check in and out times?

You can check in from 3pm onwards. You might be able to leave luggage earlier, you would need to email us to check -

Check out is by 11am.


Do you provide towels and bedding


Yes all linen and towels are provided


What is your cancellation policy?


For single rooms bookings you can cancel free of charge as long as it’s at least 24hrs before you are due to arrive

For group bookings, free cancellation within 48hrs of booking. After that you would be refunded 50%. If you cancel within 14days then you would lose 100% and no refund would be given. 

However if we received another group booking, we would then refund you.
