Do you accept dogs?
We do not accept dogs or any other pets I’m afraid.
Do you provide towels and bedding
Yes all linen and towels are provided.
Are there staff members on site?
No we are not staffed on-site 24/7. We are however available on telephone & WHATSAPP 24.7 and you will be given contact numbers wit your self-check in information
Do you have Parking?
We can book one space in the car park next to us for £7 per day.
Alternatively there is a fair amount of free street parking right outside and on adjoining roads.
How warm is it in winter?
Your caravan will have a heater and warm up quickly. Our communal space has infrared heaters on a timer, but not a central heating system, meaning that it will not be as warm as a house.
What are your check in and out times?
You can check in from 2pm onwards. You might be able to leave luggage earlier, you would need to email us to check - email@example.com
Check out is by 10am.
Are there cooking facilities?
No, we have no cooking facilities on site at all. You can get takeaway and delivery services to us. We do provide plates/cutlery/glasses etc.
We also provide tea/coffee/milk/cereals
What is your cancellation policy?
For single caravan bookings you can cancel free of charge as long as it’s at least 24hrs before you are due to arrive
For group bookings, free cancellation within 49ers of booking. After that you would be refunded 50%. If you cancel within 14days then you would lose 100% and no refund would be given.
However if we received another group booking, we would then refund you.
Are you an adults only site?
For single caravan bookings, we are an 18+ venue, as we are not staffed continuously. For group bookings children are welcome. However we do ask people to bare in mind that we are in an industrial building with concrete flooring and our caravans are quite small, so it would be difficult to fit a travel cot inside.
Can we pay a deposit for Exclusive Use Booking?
Yes, you can. Please email - firstname.lastname@example.org so we can take the booking directly.
